Peter, is the founder of Peter's New
Jobs. Like many other job searchers in 2002, Peter was frustrated
with the lack of decent tools available to job searchers. In May
of that year, Peter created his own search tools to help him with
his personal search efforts. Soon after, he began to share his efforts
with other job searchers and it became clear that this was a great
idea. As he expanded the scope of the service to include recruiters
as well as private company postings Peter found it necessary to
move the service from the confines of HireTopTalent discussion group.
In February 2003, Peter moved the service to YahooGroups. Within
a few months, it had grown substantially and Peter found himself
spending much of his day managing and expanding the service. It
was at that time, in May 2003 that he established it as a fee-based
service to cover his time and expenses. This was also the big test
to see if people really found PNJ of value. The interest and demand
continued unabated and quickly outstripped Yahoo's abilties and
Peter invested in a commercial group mail program to handle the
mailings. Today, the number of companies being monitored and our
subscriber base continues to grow.
In May 2004, Peter's New Jobs Inc.
was formed with the intent to continue growing the number of companies
that are monitored and to expand our service offering across Canada
and the US.

Len Fardella joined up with Peter
in May 2004. A marketing veteran of the high tech sector, he shared
Peter's frustration with the lack of business tools for job searchers
and the fact that all job boards were company-focused, designed
more to meet the needs of the posting company rather than the job
searcher. Intrigued by the opportunity to grow
it into a national service he joined up with Peter to form Peter's
New Jobs Inc.
Len now manages all the subscription,
administrative and customer service activities. He is also responsible
for the sales and marketing activities to grow the service and is
working closely with Peter to expand the services and cities covered
by PNJ.
