Terms
and Conditions (aka, the small print)
Let's
keep the small print nice and big. Here are the key terms and conditions
for Peter's New Jobs subscription services:
Use
of service
Unless otherwise noted, the use of PNJ is strictly for the personal use
of an individual subscriber. The newsletter is not to be forwarded,
provided or resold to other persons or companies. Peter's New Jobs reserves
the right to cancel without notice or refund the subscription of any
subscriber who fails to abide by this condition.
Job
Verification
We do not verify that a job we find and list is a valid position nor do
we verify that the company is actively searching for candidates. That
is the research that you need to perform to your own satisfaction.
Guaranteed
Mail Delivery
We strive to send out to each of our subscribers an email of new job postings
each day from Monday to Saturday inclusive. We do not guarantee that you
will receive this list given the nature of your email client software,
mail server, ISP, the internet and any other myriad of systems between
you and us. In the case where you have not received an email, we will
forward the missing email to you once we are notified. In the event of
a series of missed emails, we will gladly forward the missing emails to
you and extend your subscription by an amount of time equal to the missed
service if you like.
Only
New Jobs
We try to check all new postings against the previous day's postings to
ensure that they are new. However, if a company reposts a job posting
several days, weeks or even months later, we may inadvertently post it
again as a new posting.
Refunds
There are no refunds for the 3 month subscriptions. The free trial is
designed to let you try out the service. However, for the 12 month subscription,
we will refund half the fee ($20) if cancelled within the first three
months. No questions asked.
Payment
and Overdue Accounts
We expect payment in advance for all new subscriptions as well as renewals.
We reserve the right to halt any subscription that has an overdue payment
and may request payment for previous services prior to renewing a subscription.
