Finding the New Jobs

Our spiders find and collect only new job postings from thousands of corporate, recruiter and government career pages in Ottawa and Toronto. Scanned daily, the jobs are typically less than 24 hours old.

Checking Each One

Each new job is manually (yes, by a real person) checked to ensure it's legitimate, meets our criteria, the link still works and most importantly, it's new. Old posts are discarded and re-posts noted. We package them up into a curated list of new job postings.

One List to Your Inbox

Finally, the list is sent to our subscribers as an easy to read email with the new jobs organized in alphabetical order and divided up into Private, Agency and Public groups. In one simple email, you know who's hiring!
